This machine has been fully tested and cleaned. One of the hinge pieces on the water tank has broken off. It does appear that it can be fused back together and be fully functional. Still has protective plastic on screen and plate where the cup sits.

System has been cleaned per user manual after extensive testing I may not sleep for a few days..... According to the on board menu, there have been very few drinks made through this system as shown, but I'm not the original owner, so cannot verify.

System does require a little maintenance and cleaning weekly - just cleaning/care, really. All the brewing parts can be removed to be fully cleaned.

The owner's manual is thorough in instruction for the cleaning process. The milk tube is dual purpose for frothing and cleaning the milk system - do not leave the milk tube plugged in to the drip tray as you'll just suck up the dirty water from below (this is experience speaking). You can use it with ground coffee (not sure why you would as it has a built in grinder, maybe flavored). Really nice machine that functions well!
