Additionally, we use the pod drawer (under the silver grate) as the drip tray since misplacing the original one (works fine). I love the pods, they make a great espresso and don't make a total mess with the grinds-- no need to tamp it down.

The pod holder fits snugly into the machine, twist to the right. These espresso makers are rare, vintage, classic machines. It is a solid-built machine (weighs over 10 lbs); the pod holder is also very sturdy! Few scratches on the machine and water will drip from pod holder area on occasion. Please see video for temperature gauge (you can see the water gets hot) and view it in operation. 2 Espresso cups are included (not Keurig container).
