ECM Giotto Espresso Coffee Machine e61 Brewhead

  

Very well kept ECM Giotto. Just completed an overhaul with new gaskets, descaling, etc. Ready for another 10-20 years of use. Looks great with the gloss black side panels (rare factory option). This unit has been modded to include a wika analog thermometer on the brew head.

Required some light machine work to both the brew head screw hole and the thermometer. I've also upgraded the feet to poplar wood, including a custom center foot under the boiler/brew head to take up most of the weight and reduce chassis flex. I've also added a thermal blanket around the boiler itself to help with efficiency and heat retention. NOTE: It does not have an internal water reservoir. It's currently set up for an external tank water source, however, it does include a pressure regular inside for a hard line connection.

Just need to switch around 2 connections to pass through the regulator. I can show you this when you pick it up if you want. Comes with a bunch of extras.

3 portafilters, baskets, steam tips, back flush basket, tamper, etc. Let me know if you have any questions, happy to answer them.
